It cleanses and detoxifies the entire gastrointestinal tract, but it will take time, depending in your specific condition, and you will lose abdominal volume and weight in the process.

The Journal of Pharmacology and Phytochemistry notes ” that aloe helps the body cleanse itself, alkalizes the body and lowers blood sugar.

For healing or nutritious drinking, people trying aloe vera juice for the first time, should drink just a small serving of 8 ounces.

NOTE: ALOE is a catalyst, it speeds up reactions, don’t smoke at least 1 hour before and after taking it, and the same for any medication you are in, only use organic fruits, honey, etc. to mix with aloe, because of pesticides, glyphosate, etc. It works better if you don’t eat much fat or meat that day, because those are difficult to digest.     I always love to learn more about the benefits of some plants on the human health.

    I’m glad I found your article today to know more about the benefits of the Aloa Vera, I’ve heard and read some about it, but I never thought it has so many benefits, you did a great job sharing a long list of its benefits, and even it is laxative!

    I see also you list it can help to lower sugar in blood and to alkalizes the body!

    I wonder if I can have aloe Vera every day, but is it OK to have it for a long time, or should I take it for a few day and then take a break?

      You enjoy learning about plant benefits in health, this is very important  plants can make a huge difference in our health. 

      Aloe Vera is such an amazing plant, if you take just the gel you can take it five days in a row, then pause one or two days break, and repeat, this is a general rule in fitotherapy, so it doesn’t lose its effect. If you use the whole leaf you can take it 1 or 2 times a week, this is very strong, you can take in supplement form also.

  2. This is a great read with alternative weightloss ideas. I’m personally looking for a way to help my uncle lose some of his weight. He is adamant he wants to do it in a natural way meaning no fatloss pills or drinks. The trikatu method might just peak his interest. It’s been around since long ago, it has been shown to help many.

    He does have a thyroid problem will this negatively effect him?

      Thanks for your interest, Trikatu is a great help indeed, I have been trying it and I am very pleased, it helps a lot with the digestion, which is the main thing, in order to lose weight; you need to have an optimal digestion, it speeds the metabolism also. This plants don’t interact with the thyroid, they don’t have any iodine component or so. I think it’s a good option, along with a proper diet of course.

I have heard so much about herbs and how effective they’re at different applications. This is the first time I hear about TRIKATU and I am very impressed with its effectiveness to lose weight. Ginger is one of my favorite herbs and I use it for most of my dishes.

    I have never personally tried to lose weight in any way, but maybe I should do it because I am certainly 20 lbs overweight.

    The ingredients you suggest from aloe vera to pepper seem to me to be very suitable for losing weight as you suggest but I believe that they are also healthy to consume.

    Your advice to try herbs is relevant and I think you convinced me to do it.

      I am happy to have convinced you to lose weight. I agree these herbs are super healthy to consume on a daily basis, I am fit now and I use this herbs daily, to help my digestion, to keep inflammation low and they also have lots of antioxidants. I use them for maintenance, now I consume aloe vera, only the gel 2 -3 times a week.

  7. I had no idea that Aloe Vera can be useful for so many applications!  Also pepper and ginger?  I feel like I’m missing out on something.  

    So much good information and content on your page.  Very thorough and well thought out.  By the end of the post, you had presented more than enough information to make me want to try out Aloe Vera.  It’s obvious that you believe in the product .

    Have you used Aloe Vera within a weight loss program or diet and noticed results?  If so, how significant?  Also, you listed plenty of benefits of Aloe Vera, are there any risks or potentially risky side-effects? Just curious.

      Herbs are a vast world, we’ll never know everything about them. Aloe Vera have been my faifhful companion along my recovery process, in weight loss and detox. I have been doing Aloe Vera cleanses and it has helped me a lot, improving my digestion, cleansing the whole gastrointestinal tract, losing weight in the process and gaining my flat belly back again!

      We  all have different health issues and chemistry, a reaction is always possible to happen, always keep in mind that Aloe is a catalyst, it speeds up reactions, you should not smoke at least 1 hour before and after taking it, and the same for any medication you are in, only use organic fruits, honey, etc. to mix with Aloe, because of pesticides, glyphosate, etc., you want it to speed up just good things. It works better if you don’t eat much fat or meat that day because those are difficult to digest and your body needs the enzymes to cleanse itself.

      Taking it, first thing in the morning or last one before bed is a way to get the maximum benefit. When you do a body cleanse, or just use an herb, is always possible to have a reaction, it depends on your body chemistry, and/or what you have to eliminate, it doesn’t always means that is a bad reaction.

      There was a time where I had to stop Aloe, because it gave me very strong reactions, and I have been several months without using it, I used other cleansers instead. After that I reintegrated it again without problem.

      Aloe heals and rebuilds at a cellular level, so I want to use it as much as I can.

      Herbs will help you lose weight, but you need also a proper diet/lifestyle.
