Coronavirus Covid-19 – How to Survive?

FRONTLINE defense YOU can do right NOW, in useful time! All natural, although POWERFUL!

Epidemiologists are saying COVID-19 is here to Stay…, it may turn in a long-term problem, like the seasonal flu and we will have to learn how to live with it … for years to come.

So What can YOU do about it?

Let’s have a close look.

TIME is your best friend.

Practice all the defensive measures – wash your hands frequently, use a face mask, stay at home, etc. The longer you can go without getting infected, the better chance of never getting infected, or at least until a cure is found.

There may be a slow down to the curve, as summer months appear, early evidence indicates that like the flu virus, COVID-19 thrives in cold, dry weather. If so, things will accelerate again as the colder fall months arrive.

The vast majority of people who contract COVID-19 end up with mild to moderate flu-like symptoms. Says Dr. Jon Barron in How To Prepare For COVID-19 | Natural Health Newsletter, March 12, 2020.

You need to assume that, at some point, as with the flu, you can be infected with the COVID-19 virus. The focus of your strategy should be on how to optimize your chances of surviving.

The best strategy is to defend your health, get into a healthy diet and lifestyle ASAP, optimizing your immune system. Have a supply of antipathogen herbs and supplements to help you avoid a bad reaction.

Building Your Immune System – at Any Age

  1. Clean your intestinal tract to free your immune system,

How good can your immune system be, no matter how many supplements you take, if your primary elimination system – your colon – is not functioning properly. Your immune system then has to combat the effects of self-toxicity.

Do an Aloe Vera cleanse – Concentrated aloe enhances the functioning of the entire immune system, detoxifies the body, promotes the repair of a wide range of tissues and organs, improves digestive functions, and helps with the destruction and elimination of invading bacteria, viruses, and parasites.

2. Take a good probiotic supplement – it can substantially boost your immune system, by killing off invading pathogens and producing immune boosting substances such as transfer factor and lactoferrin. Beneficial bacteria are responsible for 60-70% of your immune system’s activity.

This is especially important for seniors, as the colonies of intestinal bacteria age, they lose much of their vitality, which depletes much of the vitality of the immune system. But supplementation can totally renew the colonies so that they have the same vitality as when you were young.

3. Take digestive enzymes – with your meals to make sure you digest properly the food you eat, undigested food accumulates in your digestive tract, feeding all kinds of pathogens,

4. Take proteolytic enzymes – between meals, it significantly reduces the incidence of circulating immune complexes (CICs), thus taking enormous stress off the complementary immune system and reducing the chances of autoimmune disorders.

5. Proper dieteach immune cell in your body is manufactured from the food you eat, so a nutritionally deficient diet means functionally deficient immune cells. Reduce / eliminate meat, dairy, grains, and sugars (which are acid forming in your body) move towards FRESH VEGETABLES, which are alkalizing. Think RAW Diet / Mediterranean Diet / Keto / Paleo.

6. A vitamin/mineral supplement – enhances the production of your body’s immune cells, your body needs 101 different nutrients every single day, make sure it has them ALL.

7. A full-spectrum antioxidant – boosts the immune system in multiple ways. An example is the spice CURCUMIN.

Traditionally known for its anti-inflammatory effects, curcumin has been shown in the last 30 years to be a potent immunomodulatory agent that can modulate the activation of T cells, B cells, macrophages, neutrophils, natural killer cells, and dendritic cells.

8. Stick to a healthy lifestyle and stop smoking.

About Coronavirus – COVID-19

If you’re exposed to the virus, you won’t be able to prevent it, because this is a new virus, and nobody has immunity to it. Although it is possible to keep the viral load to a minimum so that it doesn’t progress into a cytokine storm, pneumonia, or acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). If you do that, symptoms are likely to be mild.

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that mostly infect bats, pigs, and small mammals. However, a few can infect humans and cause illness ranging from the common cold – about 20% of all colds are in result of corona viruses – to severe diseases like SARS, MERS, and the novel coronavirus.

COVID-19 is primarily transmitted in a similar way to the common cold, face to face, either from sneezing/coughing or close contact with infected individuals’ bodily secretions.

Coronaviruses can survive for three to nine days on surfaces such as doorknobs and shopping cart handles, and up to 30 minutes in the air when someone sneezes or coughs.

Touch the surface anytime during those nine days and then touch your eyes, nose or mouth, and you have the possibility of infection.

The evidence suggests that when COVID-19 enters the body—primarily through droplets in the air—it attaches to a particular receptor found in lung tissue. From there, the virus “hijacks” the host cell’s mechanisms to make more copies of itself. Tissue damage happens as a result of viruses taking over the cell completely, causing it to die,

Some people can have the virus and yet present no symptoms while the virus is in incubation.

Symptoms of COVID-19 may appear in as few as two days or take as long as 14 days after exposure.

This is particularly dangerous, the carriers of the virus are highly infectious, but demonstrating no symptoms of infection!

Some individuals, especially young children, may remain asymptomatic for the entire course of their illness. And other individuals may demonstrate, only mild upper respiratory tract symptoms.

Other symptoms can include fever, aches and pains, fatigue, chest pain, and a dry cough.

Death occurs in two situations;

In young people with strong immune systems, the problem is that the virus overstimulates their immune system, triggering a cytokine storm in which a person’s own immune system attacks the lungs, leading to a large release of fluid in the lungs (ARDS), eventually leading to that person “drowning” in their own lung fluids.

In older people with weakened immune systems, and lungs already compromised by disease like COPD or emphysema, the virus can weaken the immune system even more, to the point that pneumonia takes hold. Severe pneumonia has multiple paths to death including ARDS, heart failure, and sepsis.

The primary entry points for most pathogens is via your eyes, nose, and mouth, through contact with your hands.

Your hands pick up potential threats by contact with other people – shaking hands, for example – and with objects – TOUCHING doorknobs, computer keyboards, telephones, etc.

Regular washing of the hands throughout the day with regular soap and water can take a considerable amount of stress off the immune system.

Incubation phasecoronavirus_spreading

The incubation phase is the Optimum Time to take action. This is the period of time between exposure to a pathogenic organism and when first symptoms and signs of the disease become apparent.

For the flu, this period can run from one to three days.

For the common cold, two to five days.

Everyone knows the symptoms for the common diseases. When you have a full-blown cold or flu, you know it. That’s when most people take action, too late. At that point, all you can hope to do by using anti-pathogens is to shorten the duration of your illness a few days.

But if you know you’ve been exposed to a virus, or you can recognize the early symptoms of an illness that manifest during the incubation phase, you can kill the invaders before they get established.

We all know those symptoms – scratchy throat that precedes a sore throat, the sniffles that precede a runny nose, and the dull body ache that precedes a full-blown fever.

It’s important not to ignore the early symptoms. Stopping the flu, in the incubation phase is much easier than getting rid of it once it has established. If you hit it hard during incubation, you can be almost 100% effective in stopping it.

If you allow it to incubate and fully manifest, it will take you several days to beat it back. You can significantly cut the time of your sickness, but you will still be sick for several days, and you will need to keep taking the anti-pathogenics for four to five days after you feel better to make sure you clear the virus from your body and it doesn’t come back.

Definitely, it’s better to shut it down during incubation. The worst that happens if you read it wrong and you’re not infected, you will take some extra herbs a couple of times, not a bad thing, preferable to getting sick!

When I am in situations that puts me in contact with large numbers of people during cold and flu season, I always take anti-pathogens before bed and upon rising every day – garlic liquid cps, andrographis or propolis tincture, extra vitamin C and D.

You don’t even have to wait for any symptoms to appear to take prophylactic measures.

This is an example of Healing Music, you can listen right NOW, to help you heal and relax.

IF YOU GET THE VIRUS  – Keep symptoms to a minimum – to avoid complications that may lead to a bad end.

Make sure you have an adequate supply of natural anti-pathogens.

Pharmaceutical antivirals drugs do not destroy the virus; instead they merely inhibit their development.

NATURE has an abundance of antivirals.

Natural virucides don’t just “inhibit” viruses; they can destroy or deactivate them. That’s a HUGE advantage when fighting a viral infection.

Viruses work by INVADING cells, making copies of themselves inside the cell, and in many cases, destroying the invaded cell in the process, before they burst forth to then invade millions of additional cells, and so on.

Viruses can disrupt the functions of the invaded cell and interact with their chromosomes, which is how they can cause cancer.

You need NATURAL anti-pathogens to use at the FIRST SIGN of a cold or flu. If you catch a viral strain of flu, the anti-pathogens will kill enough of the virus to take your viral load down to the point that your immune system can do its job, with no risk of being forced into a cytokine storm.

NATURAL Anti-pathogens

You need pathogen destroying herbs on hand – for use at the FIRST sign of oncoming ILLNESS.

It is much easier to stop a VIRAL or BACTERIAL infection during the incubation stage – when you are experiencing the first symptoms – then if you wait until it’s full-blown.

This is to keep the infection within the capabilities of your immune system, so that it doesn’t shut down the system’s feedback loop and launch a cytokine storm. It doesn’t have to cure you, it just has to take the viral load down enough so that your immune system can do its job without being pushed to dysfunction, or allowing a secondary infection to take hold.

Olive leaf extract has a long history of use against illnesses. In recent studies of olive leaf extracts (containing oleuropein, calcium elenolate, and/or hydroxytyrosol) were effective in eliminating a very broad range of organisms, including bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, mold, and fungi.

Olive leaf has also demonstrated antiviral activity against HIV infection and replication, primarily by blocking the entry of the virus into host cells in the body’s immune system.

Studies have also shown that oleuropein exhibits a significant antiviral activity against respiratory syncytial virus and para-influenza type 3 virus.

You can increase your vitamin C intake with foods high in vitamin C like citrus fruits, broccoli, red peppers, and broccoli.

However, you’ll likely need far more vitamin C than you can get from diet alone to give your immune system the help it needs – especially if you’re feeling the effects of COVID-19.

Some integrative healthcare providers recommend taking –

— 2,000 mg – 2 to 3 times per day,

if you’re beginning to feel sick, get an initial dose of 3,000 to 6,000 mg

then follow up with additional doses of 1 – 2,000 mg per hour for several days or at least until a day after symptoms have gone.

Liquid ionic zinc is antibacterial and antiviral. The mineral zinc is found in all body fluids, including the moisture in the eyes, lungs, nose, urine, and saliva. Proper zinc levels offer a defense against the entrance of pathogens.

Zinc moves through all the fluids in the body, it creates a defense against infection-causing bacteria and viruses trying to enter the body and stops bacterial and viral replication.

If you take zinc tablets, your body must convert them. If you take your zinc in a liquid, it’s already in the form your body needs.

Zinc sulfate, zinc acetate, zinc gluconate are effective and bioavailable forms of zinc.

If you have enough zinc in your diet it inhibits the replication of many viruses by preventing the accumulation of viral mRNA in the cytoplasm.

Apple Cider Vinegar is effective to all kinds of germs that attack the throat. It acts like a sponge and draws out throat germs and toxins from the surrounding tissue. Because of its acetic acid content, it stimulates a condition called acetolysis in which toxic wastes that are harmful to the body are broken down and rendered harmless.

Scientific studies have shown that propolis extracts may naturally prevent as well as shorten the duration of the common cold. Propolis known effects: potent anti-viral, radio-protective, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal.

Propolis can also be dispensed in a vaporizer and has been shown to neutralize circulating mycotoxins in the air, it helps in breathing.

CAUTION: Propolis is not to be taken if you have a Honey or Bee allergy.

Cistus incanus is also called Mediterranian Rockrose.

A study in Scientific Reports from 2016 shows Cistus incamus to not only be effective in a brilliant invitro study against the worst of the retroviruses, HIV, but to be effective in the most drug resistant cases. It has also been shown to be effective against Ebola, the flu virus and Lyme/Borrelia Labdanum.

Also, against mold and other bacteria. It shows antibacterial and antifungal activities.

Cistus incamus is also a very effective biofilm breaker, unmasking persistent infections. According to Dr. Klingardth, a renowned naturopathic doctor and researcher.

Andrographis paniculata, known as “Indian Echinacea” & “THE KING OF BITTERS”, is also one of THE main herbs to heal Lyme’s disease.

Native to India, andrographis offers antiviral, antibacterial, and antiparasitic properties. It is widely used in the treatment of Lyme disease. Numerous clinical trials have demonstrated the ability of andrographis to reduce the length and severity of common viral illnesses. It has shown activity against viral hepatitis B and C and Chlamydia.

Andrographis has been used for dysentery and shows activity against pathogenic strains of E. coli. It is active against common roundworms and tapeworms. In a 2011 study, andrographis was found to be beneficial for ulcerative colitis (as compared to drug, mesalazine).

Other benefits include immune enhancement and cardio protective effects. Andrographis also offers significant liver protection. In vivo and in vitro studies confirm that Andrographis enhances natural killer cells (NK cells) and cell-mediated immunity, while reducing pro inflammatory cytokines.

Excellent antiviral and antibacterial properties, important for treating Lyme disease, and important for gastrointestinal restoration. Provides coverage against viral relapse, according to Dr. Klingardth.

Scutellaria has been used to treat conditions such as respiratory infections and inflammation and have antibacterial, antiviral, and antioxidant properties.

Also referred to as sweet wormwood this has been used in traditional medicine and has been employed in medicines to treat malaria. There are some indications that the plant may also be used to treat some coronavirus symptoms, particularly the SARS related coronavirus.

Don’t panic, be pro-active, NATURE has an abundance of antivirals!

If you only can afford one thing, vitamin C is your best choice, if you can afford two things, vitamin C and Andrographis are your best choices, during the whole flu season.

Stress is your enemy, it shuts down your immune system, practice relaxation, turn-off the news, listen to healing music, sleep, deep breath, sunbath, exercise, walk in nature, practice positive thinking, pray.

Do the possible, and leave the impossible, to the GREATEST HEALER OF ALL TIMES, HE REVIVED THE DEAD.

Yea, thou I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me. Psalm 23:4

  1. Building a healthy regime is great and taking all the preventive measures is the only way we can stay clear from coronavirus.

And we should remember that it can affect anyone, no one is immune and all the labs are saying that they will not be able to make a viable vaccine before mid-2021.

So, even if the quarantine is lifted, we need to keep using preventive methods until the vaccine arrives.

    1. Hey Adyns,

Thanks for your comments, that’s it, we need to stick to a healthy lifestyle and practice all the preventive measures consistently. This bug seems to be here to stay. You have already the flu vaccine, but those who take it catch the flu anyway, so doesn’t seem the solution.

      Take care,

  2. This is a post that’s going to be useful to everybody, but it’s going to more useful to my dad I will surely recommend it to him. I have tried talking him into stopping his smoking habits but all to no avail. I think this post might help in a way, since he’s working in there. Thanks for these tips, they will surely stand as a guide for our day to day lifestyle so as to manage this Covid-19 global dm pandemic.

    1. Hi Sheddy,

I m glad you found my article useful. Smoking is always a very unhealthy habit, there’s never been a more urgent time then now to get into a healthy lifestyle, it’s not easy, but step by step erveryone can do it.

We need to know what to do in a day to day base, I do my best to put the basics together, so people can easily found the information they need the most.

      Your comments are appreciated.

      Stay safe,

  3. I definitely want to have a healthy immune system — no matter what happens with the novel coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. I agree that supplementing with probiotics are a fantastic idea and way to proactively do something good for your overall health.

I will have to experiment and learn more about the liquid ionic zinc — generally my stomach is sensitive to most types of zinc even though it seems to help my immune function. It would be great to find one that is both effective and easy on the stomach too. Thanks so much!

    1. Hi Aly, welcome I completely agree with you a good probiotic is a great start to put your immune system “on”, and the overall health, all diseases have a link to the microbiome.

Zinc can be very strong in the stomach indeed, it happened to me also, it could be a sign that there are a lot of bacteria in there, you could try to take it with food, that’s how I solved it, it will not upset your stomach that way.

      Stay safe,

  4. Thanks for the article, I know this pandemic would be able to cause a very tremendous change as the fear of this virus has taken over the heart and minds of many, leaving them at a terrible state….with these tips I think we can combat this virus effectively. Thanks once more for sharing.

    1. Hey Feji, welcome. I know, this pandemic is upsetting all of us, we  must turn off the news and search for what we can do to fight this virus effectively. Practicing some relaxing therapies will also help, as I use to say, we must focus on the solution, not the problem.

      Thanks for commenting,

  5. This pandemic has really been a thorn in the flesh of the world as it has threatened economies, and more importantly every life form on the earth.

One thing that has really helped me over the years is to research for solutions, and i must say this one you have given is a very important one that we all need to learn as this pandemic is still ravaging the whole earth. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Hey David,

This pandemic is a storm ravaging the world, the economies and the lives, it’s a long nightmare. I hope this article could bring real help in useful time.

      Take care,
