What can you do?


1. Wash your hands                            washing_hands

Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Droplets and secretions from infected people can settle on objects and surfaces when they sneeze or cough. Avoid to touch your face.

Also, be sure to cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and avoid close contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms of cold or influenza.

2. Nasal Rising

For prevention, or if you have been exposed, I recommend a nasal irrigation. When we are exposed to pathogens, usually we breathe them and they hang out in the nose for a few days while they incubate.

As important as to wash your hands, rinsing your nose is a basic defense.

I’ve been using the Neti Pot for a long time now and find it very helpful to my allergic rhinitis, I use it with water and salt (whole salt, Himalayan salt), you can add Colloidal Silver also to the water, or grapefruit seed extract and gargle with this solution too.  neti_pot_rising_nose

Another way pathogens enter the body is by the ears, mouth and the eyes.

In the ears you can use hydrogen peroxide, put some amount in each ear at a time and wait until it stops foaming, repeat three times.

You can use it to gargle, brush your teeth and inner tissues, keep it while foaming, than rinse with clean water. You can put it in the nose as well, one nostril at a time. This kills the bugs. Do this whenever you may have been exposed, at least every day early in the morning and before sleep.

You can use also olive oil, ozonated for 10 minutes, if you have an ozone generator. 

3. Face Mask                          

Some studies suggest healthy people do limit their chances of infection if wearing a face mask, when properly fitted N95 or N100 respirators.

A 2009 study found use of face masks in households was ineffective due to low adherence, not because they don’t prevent the transmission of illness.

According to Dr. Mercola, “a 2015 meta-analysis found that in 8 of 9 trials, use of face masks in community settings prevented infection in healthy people when used in isolation or in combination with hand hygiene, when used early and consistently. “

4. Cough/sneeze into your elbow,

5. Stay more than 3ft (1m) away from others,

6. Stay at home and practice social distancing.

7. Strengthen your Immune System with Nutrients.

For prevention, to increase your strength against not only Coronavirus, but also any viral or bacterial infection – Nutrition is the baseline of health. Follow a proper diet and lifestyle.

Death from infections, it’s not due to the infection itself, but the body’s inability to fight it, because of nutrient deficiencies.

Avoid sugar, all sodas, sugary foods, refined starches and alcohol. Studies have shown that refined sugars suppress the immune system for hours. If you catch a virus in the meantime, the door is open, there’s no active defenses.

Eat enough protein, it’s critical for the immune function, protein malnutrition is a big risk factor for death from infections. Eat about 1g/kg a day.

Add garlic, onions, ginger, black pepper to your  meals, eat fermented foods to support your microbiome and immunity. Eat nutrient dense foods like sprouts and microgreens, to boost your nutritional level.

8. Vitamin C

Vitamin C has potent health benefits, it acts as a powerful antioxidant and as a co-factor for enzymatic processes.

  2. Thank you for your post. It is timely information for every one. This is critical time for everyone in the world. The coronavirus pandemic is in the full swing. All should do something to help. The best thing we could easily do is to prevent ourselves  from the virus.

Its dangerous to everyone, I am really happy to see your post because here you described carefully the thing, how to protecting and other mesures to follow properly. Yes also we need wash our hands properly without touching any other parts of our body or face too for protection.     Curious, but how does getting enough sleep help in prevention? Getting more sleep is most definitely something I need to work more on, but wanting to know what it would do for my body, since your article did not go into too much detail on that.

      You need to get seven to eight hours of sleep in order to restoring the energy cycles, you need to go to sleep around 10:00 pm to get all the sleep benefits, the body has several different cycles of healing during the night hours.

      Also you need to sleep with the WiFi off and cell phones off or in airplane mode, the EMF interfers with the functioning of your white blood cells, and your body just can’t regenerate and your immune system will be unabled.

  6. It’s really sad. There is so much people can do. There are so many measures they can take, but still some people don’t care about their health. And as if that wasn’t enough it’s the health of others that’s going to suffer as a result of them passing on the disease to others. It’s a good thing governments took measures. Washing hands is the most important thing you can do and you should do that often. A Neti Pot rinse could be helpful as well as wearing a mask but washing hands is the best thing to do. Of course, taking care of yourself by building up your immune system could help to.
